My approach to Massage Therapy is a collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients. Whether it’s nervous system regulation, an acute or chronic condition, or a repetitive strain injury that brings you to my treatment table, I will develop an individualized treatment plan to best suit your needs.
A typical session will include a consultation to gather more information about the primary reason for your visit, followed by an assessment and the development of a treatment plan. During treatment, I use a wide variety of effective massage techniques. My general pressure is moderate, going deeper where indicated - I let your tissue be my guide. After treatment, I will provide you with home-care strategies to ensure you are able to continue working towards your goals.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine tissue restriction and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system can promote a feeling of well-being by reducing pain and boosting health and immunity.

Michelle has been an RMT since November 2014. Her practice is continuing to evolve to a medium/light treatment with aspects of Myofascial release, CranioSacral treatment, gentle Osteopathic-type joint work, and relaxing Swedish massage.

All techniques aim to relieve tension, stress, and pain through regulation of the nervous system and supportive client-centered care. Areas of interest include (and are NOT limited to): migraines, headaches, concussion symptoms, neurological issues, relaxation, acute or chronic/generalized pain, TMJ joint (jaw) dysfunction & pain.

**NOTE that I often bring my SMALL DOG, Leroy, with me into the treatment room. If this is an issue for you, please contact me for more information (mrange.rmt@gmail.com). Thank you!
